December 28, 2013 – January 3, 2014: This was the first ownership-style luxury motorcoach resort we discovered. As such, it holds a special place in our itinerary. It still retains the title for the park with the best landscaping. Each site is surrounded by mature live oaks and palms.
We headed up north from the keys/Orlando to celebrate New Year’s at The Jazz Corner. Our usual site was booked for January. So we tried out Site #310 and it was a good choice. It was difficult for us to leave all of that sun and warmth, and then have it rain for almost our entire stay. The one (and pretty much the only compliant) we have above this park is the seemingly constant use of leaf blowers, a downside, I suppose, to all the wonderful trees. So at least the rain kept the blowers from running, which was nice.
